Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Express UK Shipping (1-2 Business Days): £2.99 or free on orders over £50.
Please note, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or weather disruptions.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries within Europe and North America. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Europe Standard Shipping (5-10 Business Days): £9.99.
- North America Standard Shipping (7-14 Business Days): £14.99.
Customs and import duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
